gamethrowing?
i hate doing these kind of postings, but i just like this game too much for being suspended for nothing.

I guess i was reported multiple time from the same game, and i'd like you to tell me your opinion.

I was Physician for 6 nights and then became suspicious (openly). Next night converted (great!) to the unseen. Soon all Unseen dead except me.

Then the prince had to go to the court in front of (i believe) 5 people. i voted for a pardon to not appear suspicious (i knew he was the prince) but unfortunately my voice saved him, literally (3:2).

Another one or two died, but then they got me, the last unseen.

Okay, so far so good, right? No, as soon as i was dead i got flamed by some people for my "gamethrowing" behavior and for "siding with BD", next to insults. Clearly for pardoning the prince, from which i thought i'd be the only one to exe him, if i did.

I just can't see, what did i wrong, if anything?

Definitely not game throwing and I would be surprised if they suspended you over that.

yeah no way to call that gamethrowing unless I'm missing some major context. no more than the BD that guiltied must be gamethrowing... if you had no allies left then you had no reasonable expectation of success in executing an outed prince.

Thank you for your responses. I also thought it's the only right thing to do, to not get killed instantly. But as said, it ended in a flamewar with mulitple threats of reporting.

What i also don't get - this cool game doesn't have tons of players. And still they report people who just play the game the way they think is the right one.

Just one of the costs of internet anonymity.
The lack of accountability allows some folks to get real loose with their speech.
No fault on the devs though, they're doing a fine job.

Nice job if you kept your cool while they threatened to report you.

The fact you're asking if something is gamethrowing most likely means it's not. No intention, no gamethrowing. Have fun.

I don't see why you would revive a thread just to throw shade on our mod-team, but regardless, I feel talking without evidence against us is not right, especially since I have already replied to this thread and obviously the OP is not punished since there was no intention of throwing.

Seeing people talk about us like that is not something we appreciate considering we spend hours moderating every day just so you can play your and doing our best to keep others from ruining your experience.

^ Comment reply above Tryph's deleted since it was disrespectful to all of our volunteer mods that contribute countless amounts of time to better the community - it was further not constructive. You can probably guess from Tryph's context what he was saying before it was deleted.
