Game will get stuck

When ever I try and load this game up I can get to where I have to log in but when I press log in it brings me to a black screen and nothing happens. I don't know why its happening and I could use some help.

If I were you I'd seek help in the official discord @ https://discord.gg/tol
You might also need to upload your logs there (if you don't know how, ask when you join and people will let you know).
