To my knowledge the pumpkin head and coffin execution animation were only available for purchase during last years Halloween event. Of which they were on sale at a discounted price, they were unavailible during most of the rest of the year. I believe the price is increased at least partially because the game has been around longer, and there's more ways to make gold then there were last year (MVP didn't exist back then). I may be wrong about their unavailibility, but it would make sense, as they are special skins for playing at a certain time.

Thanks Vandalay! Now I only need to know if the coffin animation weapon has glowing red hands, that would be so awesome. I know the new green ground death animation weapon has green glowing hands, but I want red :)

I'll have to look closer when I play later tonight, I never really looked that close at my hands before (sad thing is while I'm compulsive in trying to get all the seasonal skins... I also realize that I tune out everything that isn't text once the game starts rolling).
