Tutorial blocked

After I write "Hi" in simulated chat the game is blocked.

Perhaps try the tutorial one more time and see if it happens again?

There is a black screen and written "Unable to connect" .

I think that the game disconnected me everytime, so I can't finish the tutorial (or play) .I'm from Europe and I see that servers are in USA , maybe this is the problem.
