Armour Piercing Weapons or ammo?
I'm having difficulty assaulting guards with high armor. I've been scouring those "boxes" for anything that can pierce armor but so far only retrieved 1 AP ammo.

Other than the black market, and maybe diplomacy with other gangs, is there another strategy to get armor piercing weapons or ammo?

get on good terms with the police (donate them a ♥♥♥♥ ton of money, 1000$=1rep
when you reach 500, you are allowed to use their shop, which holds a similar yield as the black market, maybe even better. there is a video tutorial on youtube that shows you how it works

I think it is actually 300, not 500. There is also a event for a cop bar that gives a lot of favor (150?).
