So I noticed one thing, far as the optional mission with The Stolen Rackets. I'd accepted this mission, which to complete optional, means you've gotta execute at least one enemy in the racket(s) when you attack them.

However, I'd gone and talked to the Gang Leader as part of Angelo's character mission. Talk went south, so I killed the gang leader individual. Apparently, killing him without executing him, basically means the optional mission part of The Stolen Rackets fails too. Which is honestly rather annoying, since I'd figured the Gang Leader would be considered something wholly separate from The Stolen Rackets. But apparently not.
