Grey Hack

Rented Server Fix
I recently figured out how to get the servers you buy to go away and stop charging you.
Explained below.

First go to
ConfigLan.exe

Then navigate to the drop down box in the top left.
Click on un-used servers/services.
Connect to them via the first button to the right.
Then click the third button there. It looks like a trashcan.
Verify in your Invoice tab on the left.

I have the same issue but your solution isn't applicable to me. I don't see unused servers/services in the drop-down, only one server. However, I'm paying for two servers. In an earlier play-through I had rented a server, deleted my PC and restarted. Now I'm paying for two servers, the previous one, and my active one. How to fix? Anyone else have an alternative solution? My invoice shows the total for two servers.

There should be a drop down up at the top where a bunch of random ips are, you should be able to just remove them from that list. That's what I did and it went back to normal, even from four different computer restarts.

This is an extremely annoying bug that made me stop using rented servers at all. Once deleted, there was no way to make them stop costing money.

This should be fixed to make it easier to delete active rented servers, even IRL cloud services are easier to remove servers from than Greyhack.
