just came up with something cant you like create a offline network.....
and then route all through a pc's wifi...without ever buying an isp?
but using the isp of the hacked wifi.....tunnel all your data through there...via a wifi connect pc.

so my suggestion was for an offline network? i guess. tats the term.
a network without an isp....and connection sharing.....
