Would also like to know if anyone has any fixes for this, noticed it happens with dual wielding while fighting golems if you do the combo with a jumping slash near the end (think it's just the neutral combo with no stick input) so maybe it has to do with any point in a combo where it forces you to hop, getting you stuck in the enemy's hitbox (and subsequently trapped in the air after it dies)? Had to alt-f4 thanks to strea being too good of a tank to be killed by something 11 levels higher than her since you can't return to town from the map screen when enemies are attacking you.

If you are not infight, you can port to the town or some of the teleportstones
But if you are infight and you canot run away, also enemies, you only can quit the game and start new

In the meantime if the bug is happening only with the dualblades basic attacks, you can try focusing on skill chaining. The SP management is pain at first, but the dps is worlds better once you get big enough SP pool.

wow thanks i will try ... now i will finish 100 floor... last time i fail cause of that... and didn't want see that happen again

you can equip other item like sword or armor, it woked for me

I've had it hapening when I fight an area boss or do a quest instance... The equipment change is a handy tip, no more teleport or quiting to solve the issue :)
