i tried going argo with somebody still nothing about fusion quest

After you finish the main story, check your event list.

For me, the system, as well all introducing dialogues about fusion and mastery skill menus only appeared after the last trial when we defeated Divine Dragon Neo and finished Warrior of the Sky (DLC1)
