Crashing by Market Street help (SOLVED)
I just bought the game and i was at the lobby with asuna and got to the market street, i tried to disable my antivirus and it still crashes at the black loading screen. Btw i use avast as antivirus


SOLVED : bro im so dumb i forgot to put the whole file in the exception part of avast's settings


My specs are :

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB
Device ID D58ADBAB-5344-40BA-9243-E16BBE76A163
Product ID 00325-81963-16741-AAOEM
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Pen support

You did posted your spec in another thread so, what resolution you are playing on? 4k maybe? Try to go to standart 1080p then, this game is old, and the engione is even older.

Im playing on default resolution (1920x1080) and btw i didnt post my specs

Im playing on default resolution (1920x1080) and btw i didnt post my specs

Well you said "same for me" so i assumed you had the same specs, anyhow, idk what could help then, concidering i didnt had any crashes, sorry.

I don't have a black screen but it clearly cannot load...just bought the game too.

Click on the menu section in avast, then settings and ''Exceptions'' : Add Exceptions and finally add the ''sao_hr.exe'' in your common file of steamapp. Hope it helps :shadeknight:
