The dialogue is laggy?

Anytime I am having a dialogue scene (The ones where they are drawn), for some reason whenever a character leaves the front or changes pose it takes about 5-10 seconds for them to disappear where they slowly fade with each second. I also sometimes can't click next in the dialogue, and I have to wait 5-10 seconds again before clicking next. I have no lag in the normal game whatsoever... It's only when these "cut-scenes" appear. I have a 3090 and 11900k intel cpu, so there is nothing wrong with my pc. I can run the game on max settings just fine, so I really don't know what is going on.

I FIGURED IT OUT, I recently had the same problem and you're the only person I found speaking about it.
You have to play in windowed borderless and in the settings disable controller vibration
I don't know why but for the game to work it requires both, I hope the wait wasn't too long

This works. Don't know how you figured this out but it worked. Funny thing I experienced was when I was trying to change these setting I would have to alt+tab out and back before I could confirm the changes.
