I just bought this game and I don't wanna refund!

I am stuck on continue. It will load first and it will freeze. I just finished the tutorial and I was walking with Asuna when the game suddenly crashed. Everytime I click continue the music will start and stops then freezes. I think I was entering the Market when it crashed.

Any solutions?
