How to start warriors of the sky

So, I am quite confused. I beat the main story, it told me I unlocked warriors of the sky, no problem so far.
But now it won't trigger the questline for that part apparently, because my main task is still "Go to the Teleport Gate to find a way to Aincrad." And "Make your way to the heart of Aincrad." As soon as I get there, the final boss fight is triggered again. I tried beating it again, but it still didn't show me another quest after doing so.

Can someone help me with this, I'm slowly losing my mind here - thanks a lot.

You're right, just use teleportation from square and go straight to aincrad and unlock Warrior of the sky missions. Before, I only used the right map, I didn't use teleportation and that's why it doesn't work. Thank you very much.
