New Game+?
I finished the story and got to the endgame loot enigma orders and dungeons and all that with a bunch of loot for optimizing my builds and teammates, but i want to play through the story again. I skipped a lot of the dialog and only focused on the main points but i want to go through all the dialog this time. Is there anyway to do that without having to delete my save?

Sadly no.

you can replay any event that had a gallery image tied to it in gallery (reference bottom of screen when viewing image for the button)

But those are for optional side event stuff. I suggest maybe YouTube to try to get what you missed in main playthrough sstory
