The ability to adjust your graphics is on the title screen. You will need to fish your way around there and get your game to play in windowed mode long enough to where you can get your resolution right or whatever else may be causing the problem.

I could not find a .ini file so this may be your only option unless you can do something with the launch settings from steam. I know there is a way to launch games in windowed mode but I'm not sure how to do it or what restrictions might be in place. I hope that helps.

Configure graphics settings is third from the bottom for me. Once you are there, your display option is one down. Unfortunately the title menu has some changes once you beat the game so you will have to sort of fish around on how to get to the graphics screen. I'm going to try to tell you what key commands to hit but this may be different as the title menu changes once you beat the game once.

Once the game is up, hit the up arrow key 4 times
Hit enter. This will take you to the graphics settings screen.
Hit the down arrow once
Hit the left key twice
Hit enter two times

That should fix it. If not then the title menu changes may be effecting how many up arrows you need to hit to get into the graphics settings. Hopefully whatever translate service you uses gets this across.

Alternatively, you can try changing your system's resolution settings once the game is open via your control panel. If all else fails, that should get it to work and allow you to make changes to the graphics settings once you can see everything
