However, there exists a CE table that allows you to change damage taken from and dealt to enemies. If you search enough you should find it.
I looked for Cheat Engine stuff for that very thing but all I found was "max this, super power that" type things. I'm also not super familiar with how to use/search for CE stuff exactly, so I'm sure that has something to do with my results.
Edit: Just as a follow up here, got it sorted. Thanks for the lead! Now I just have to figure out which multipliers will get the game closest to how it felt in 2.01 where it was actually a challenge.
