FPS issue
I'm getting low fps (roughly 12-15 in the field) with graphics and settings set to minimum, and I'm not sure why. In task manager it shows the game is using around 80-85% of my GPU, but there's plenty of CPU and memory available.

PC specs:
Windows 10 x64
Intel i7-7700HQ@ 2.80GHz
32 GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060
