collectible card not dropping

Although I have 100 games, the problem of not falling collectible cards, collection is an event that happened to me today, continues in 2 games. Does anyone else have this problem?

help > steam sup > games > chose the game > missing dlc etc > say your problem (before you do that try to say your problem community > discussions > help and tips> make a topic)

IT'S NOT A PROBLEM it's about your luck some time i have to play 7 hours to just get 1 card but don't worry try after you play 3,1 hours close the game in just 1m-10m sometime i just open the game after 5 sec close it and i get a card

When I go to the Badges section on Steam, it says you do not have the right to drop any collection cards.

ok that's a bug or you get the game from a friend or it you get it for free
