I was wondering if there was a better way to do windowed mode, i have a widescreen monitor and like to do stuff at both sides of the screen. But for now the only way i found to window the game is by doing :

-popupwindow -screen-height 540 -screen-width 960
in properties->Launch Options
and then doing 'alt' + 'enter' in-game.

But that forces the window to the middle of the screen wich is bothersome as i want to move it to the left side of the screen.

If anyone know a way to solve this issue im having id apreacieate it
