Is there any way to spawn AI enemies?
Everytime I join some server its completely empty with no npc´s or even vehicles.

Empty because no player has joined because games kinda empty at this point (at least for EU), and empty from NPCs and vehicles because they don't naturally spawn in Multiplayer.

Yeah I noticed, thats why Im asking if there is a way, some command or something that would spawn some AI soldiers or something like that.

there are Sandbox servers in which you can spawn vehicles (or there were), but I never got into one where you can spawn NPCs (also sorry for the very late response)

dont worry about it its on every server but you can spawn vehicals
and its supposed to not spawn npcs and vehiclas

You can not spawn NPC´s becasue that would create problems between the sync between the players.
