Making JC3MP work on newer Windows 11 versions

If you've updated to Windows 11 version 24H2, you've probably noticed this mod no longer starts up and just crashes with a WindowsCodecsext dll error. Something in this update completely breaks this mod, but don't worry, the community has already made a fix! Hope you enjoy, keep on playing and have fun! can't get the freeroam server to load up. keeps says something about files failing to transfer or some ♥♥♥♥

Edit: It says "a file failed during file transfer"
