Was looking around trying to desperately find out how to do it.... and I did. You have to change the language to Chinese and when you do a new option will pop up in the main menu which takes you to the community maps area. Just complete one and it should do it.

Hey guys, I'm the developer of this game, and I'm so sorry for this careless designed achievement. Since all the player levels were created by Chinese players, the levels contain Chinese that are difficult for the players in other countries to understand, so I hide this feature for non-Chinese players.

You could follow the @Erdath's solution to unlock this achievement. The first player level - “逃脱(Escape)” is pretty easy to beat, the goal is to reach the waypoint E. Good luck! :)
