why am i not getting anything on the screen when I run any 3dmark tests, got the whole pc running perfectly (free build mode), and all i get is a blank screen on the monitor when i do a 3dmark test

Whenever I run 3dmark on any computer it will just appear with a black screen. Not like the blue screen of death but its just a black screen with the white bar of 3dmark at the bottom. Any help?

In the carrier mode there are missions to start ,,3d Mark,, but if i start it, the screen is black. After the black screen the game stop to work. Please help!

My game version is 0.9.3.4.
