Question:

If you apply for a job mid-season is it possible to start the new job in the new season?

I was asked at West Bromwich Albion to leave Ajax to help them fight relegation. i was bored because it was so easy to win everything so I was tempted to join. They asked me in the interview if I "would be willing to start right away or later?"

so is that like even a serious option? if so, will you be able to scout for players and arrange future transfers for this club you will be joining?
