Unfortunately the likely reason for the servers disappearing is that they weren't getting enough players - it's sad and unfortunate but that's just how things go. However the servers still up likely have surf maps, Kreedz Climbing comes with surf maps and the Workshop also has surf maps too - I know that isn't really what you were asking about though and it's possible others may have more information, I hope it helps a little at least!
