Edit:
Got console to work, but the servers injection of the MomRevisited.dll fails .. says "Call to LoadLibraryW in remote process failed."
Using the Win32 injector.exe I get the error "Could not create thread in remote process."
On the same machine as client, it works, but connection fails with a error "Connection Lost: incompatible_unique_net_id"
Otherwise, it's possible that you need an elevated command prompt in Windows. Just something to try in case nothing else works.
Most recently, i was able to start the server directly using server.bat and the game with game.bat, bypassing Steam. Unfortunately, you still have to inject the game client manually with the 3rd party utility.
Are you starting the server and the client from the command line and not via steam? Of course this probably will not work for Xbox and PS/X.

DefaultPlatformService=null
You also have to edit DedicatedServerConfig.cfg:
"EnableEAC": false
I am guessing the Engine.ini file was not updated, hence the reference to Lymbic.
i need to add this :
in server and game Engine.ini :
Memories of Mars - Dedicated Server\Game\Saved\Config\WindowsServer\Engine.ini
And
AppData\Local\MemoriesOfMars\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini
Thanks you alot for maked that Restoration by yourself we can play again the game thanks you alots Comrade

C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\MemoriesOfMars\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini
Then it worked fine and could join using my own computer as server and client ..
But on my Server system, it would not inject successfully., I kept getting the error "call to loadlibraryw in remote process failed." I solved this by installing Visual Studio 2022 and installed the "Desktop Development with C++".. There must be some driver within the software that it needed, unless Windows 10 didnt have that, no idea
