I will release a breif FAQ soon hopefully atleast rough idea how it will work
Also will update rules and guidelines soon these will be strict mainly quality but im sure what normal group of modders will make will be ok
And custom rally stages(dont know how many)
added you but couldnt add you before because didnt list a track
looking forwards to Thaiti Road
As for rules mostly for quality for example if you upload untextured track it will be removed or if track has bug like hole where fall through map it will get removed if it causes black screen issues it will be removed
We are not limiting size of track and there will be no poly limit at this stage
Rules will be posted once i know it is close to getting released i will release more info when lead dev allows me to
I steped a mine once and it was literally thing that made me insane, i don't want repeat the same thing like i did in 2015...
About polys, it is hard to determine due to unknown client pc specs, like on toaster, any big map gonna generate heavy issues without LOD system.
Falling through solid map is mostly issue with too big Float point values in distance from 0,0,0. It would be good to mention for future reasons.
Another question is if untextured or unfinished maps gonna be removed then when i can create topic posting fresh updates on it?
will need to upload it when its finished or very close to finished
This way i dont get flooded with complaints constantly dealing with complaints on cars released when there are no issue's so we just trying to limit that process
check FAQ section for updates on how to add track i will update it as it gets closer
Thaiti Safari course (Beta of Dirt route 3 in GT2),
Thaiti Maze (Gran Turismo 2)
If i'm making Thaiti road, it would be waste not use same resources in other thaiti maps like original devs of GT2.
and the Nürburgring is going to have the Nordschleife and Grand Prix Track
