  • Go to the folder
    X:\Users\ ... \appdata\locallow\Red Dot Games\Car Mechanic Simulator 2018\
    (replace X: with your corresponding drive letter)
  • Open the folder of the profile you want to change, e.g.
    profile0
  • Open the file name.txt
  • type whatever you want the new nickname to be and save the file.
