Mods no longer working

I subscribed to the mods I wanted in my game months ago, everything worked. But I get back on after months of not playing and I look in my parking garage and the delorean is named untitled car. How do I fix this?

Unsubscribe from the Delorean mod (or any mod that maybe an issue.) Then, restart steam and re-subscribe to the mod. Run game and it should be fixed. The only exception would be if a mod author removes their mod from workshop....rarely ever happens though.
