Mr. Vert Startail was kindly managing the "Swiss Knife" Mod for us but is no longer doing it I'm afraid, It'd be nice if some kind soul would pick up where he left off

I still have the 1.6.5 mod on the game and it still works for me. I thought with the latest update i would have to at least reinstall it but nope, it was still there and working.

Personally i would love to learn how to do it for myself. That way i could always do it if it stops working and nobody is doing it anymore. Would also do it for my 2021 game too. I love that mod and playing 2021 without just isn't the same and i find myself playing 2018 more than 2021 because of the mod but also way more car mods to build and fix.

The main reason I stopped maintenance of the swiss knife and experience boost plus was the devs decided to make mods like this impossible without using an external mod loader to inject them on cms21. I've made it no secret that I was simply maintaining a mod made by a very talented coder. I am not a talented coder.

The swiss selector can still be used in version 1.7.0, what I did was download the game again, replace all the files that the program brings and run it again as it is, until it detects the Vans and campers DLC.

If you have problems using the swiss selector, just go to /AppData/LocalLow/Red Dot Games, Remove CSM 18 backup, replace swiss selector again from the RAR file.
