Hopefully, you already made a backup of your 'Profile 0' folder from in your users directory. If not, do that. Then uninstall again. Next, go through your PC directories and delete all the leftover CMS folders. These get left on your PC even though you 'uninstall' the game. Then the same erroneous data is re-used again when you 're-install.' So, delete them and restart the PC. Next, get yourself a Registry Cleaner app. I use the free version of CCleaner for example. Run a registry cleaning. Once finished, restart the PC and double check that the registry is free of errors. If it needed to clean some more, restart again. Always restart anytime there's changes made to the Registry. NOW you have a clean system and ready to re-install the CMS 2018 game again. Once completed, copy your 'Profile 0' folder back into your users folder and play game. This is a pretty standard way to go about this type of issue for any game / app that has issues. A lot of times, when an app still is buggy after an uninstall / re-install, it's cuz there is bad data in the Windows Registry. This method normally resolves it.
