I have a Mac. Not a laptop though. Just a Mac desktop. But I'll check reinstalling! Thanks!

I did this and it did change it but didn't fix it. Now, it says my computer needs to be updated to a certain version, yet there are no updates available.

You can still switch back to the default branch so you can play again with the latest stable versuon.

May report your issues with the new version and mac to support@airportceo.com and link this topic. Or create a topic at the official forums.

This is part of the error message. It didn't work on the default branch. 'You have OS X 10.11.6. The application requires OS X 10.13 or later.' It doesn't show any updates.

"You can’t use this version of the application “Airport CEO” with this version of OS X."

Airport CEO requires at least Mojave to run as outlined in the game's system requirements. What version of OS X are you running?

Ok. It says I have OS X 10.11.6 and that I need 10.13 or later. I don't have any updates for my iMac either.

UPDATE:

I deleted all of the ACEO Workshop subscriptions that I had thinking it was a glitched error message because of corrupted files due to Steam Workshop. It did nothing.

As mentioned, you are useng OS X 10.11.6 which is called "El Capitan". This version is old and never officially supported by the game.

Due to the latest update of the Unity engine which is the core of this game, it seems that it is finally not possible anymore to start the game with this old OS X version.

As Apple does not provide you an update, it seems that your hardware is very old. :/
