Hi dear friend. It has tutorial missions, you can find them here:
steamapps\common\Commandos Beyond the Call of Duty\Legacy Tutorial.exe

But I'm not sure that you can play it, some reasons are behind it.
1. You can run the game on Windows XP or earlier version.
2. You can run the game on Windows 7 with compatibility mode. (You may face some technical difficulties) There is no possibility or chance to run it on newer operating systems.
3. The Legacy version game files are not configured properly to work on Steam, so you may face "Steam not found" error.
