Try to delete the movie files from the game folder and run it again. If it runs then you have a video player/codecs problem. Try to reset your codecs, set the windows media player as a default program for the .avi files, redownload the game and try to launch it again.
(Win 10 Pro x64, GTX 960, driver 361.43 (.91 does not install don't know why))
Also thank you guys for trying to fix the game - if you can go all the way with this the community would really apprecaite it!
All Commandos games give me such error when in legacy edition, except Commandos 2.
It seems they forgot to include the old version of all the games other than C2, I just checked the directory and only commandos 2 has a legacy folder LOL, good job to whoever is doing this "update"
I just wonder... Its really that hard to add any 1920x1080 support and add any kind of upscale options? (like "original, 2x,4x")
*not sure if upscale its the correct word, I just meen a zoom.
As I know a lot of games that use DOSbox in GOG, got those options... nothing about like that could be done here? Most of us just wanted to be able to use the maximun percentaje of our screen but with something similar to the original game proportions.
