Portal color duplicates (Bug)
When I was playing DLC #25, I had RED portals pop up next in queue (8th pair), even though I already had red portals on the board. They intermixed! My proficiency forklift went in one of my new red portals, and emerged from the other red pair. I deleted a few portals, and the color queue corrected itself. Haven't been able to duplicate the issue, but wanted to throw it out there to devs.

We managed to reproduce it and squashed some related bugs all caused by the same mistake.

It happens when you delete a Portal and then recover it with the Undo Button, or if you use the Clear Construction option in the Menu and then recover the deleted Portals with the Undo Button. In these cases the recovered Portals would not get tracked correctly by the internal system and cause all kinds of issues (like not getting saved correctly or the color getting reassigned to another pair of Portals).

Sorry for this, it kind of slipped through internal testing.

Should be fixed in the next update.
