My anti-virus software (Norton) reports and deletes the bridge_constructor_portal.exe
It says it is suspicious and high-risk when I try to launch this game.

it happened to me too, but you can tell Norton to restore it from quarantine and ignore it in future scans

Antivirus software is practically a virus that people manage to get you to pay for. I haven't used anything that doesn't come with Windows for about a decade now, no issues.

Could be true, games are becoming more intrusive with data collection that it may push some AntiVirus software to flag it.
