There's an annoying bug that's caused by Wind Turbines requiring heating and the Radiators and Industrial Radiators requiring energy to function. There are some cases where this system gets "stuck" causing neither of them to work. Usually the issue occurs when you finish building your Radiators during the freezing phase of the winter catastrophe.

You can probably solve the issue by building a Battery Rack, Solar Panel(s) or heating the Wind Turbines the old fashioned way with Burners. Luckily, the problem shouldn't occur during the next winter catastrophe, but it's still very annoying when it does happen initially.

That makes sense, but mine failed in the winter I have first posted, and were still not working in the second winter for the radiators.

Does a reload need to take place, or should I try to delete and then rebuild the radiators during the non winter time?

I'd suggest building a Battery Rack in this case.
