So now here's a new problem.

Now that i've enabled a Frame Rate Cap from the Nvidia Control Panel, every time I alt-tab my frame rate disregards the cap and goes back to 3000 FPS. Almost 100%'ing my i9-10900k with a water cooler on it. I can only imagine other peoples PC's without proper cooling equipment. Peoples computers probably burn up from this game because of these issues.

Fix ASAP.

Edit: The only solution around this is by playing windowed so when you alt-tab it doesn't unfocus the window like fullscreen.

lol. i bought a prebuilt alienware r16 becasue its so economical and actually good imo but ive had this incident where it stacks up and stutters every 10 minutes or so, on just about anything i run or even watching videos like yt and netflix. pretty sure thats what happening. its definitley noticable in vampire survivor which i tried recently. rught about the 10 minute point theres a freeze for about half a second then it gets better.

Yep that's whats happening to you. So whenever your CPU is 100% use, your pc will stop loading stuff because the CPU is "tied" to the motherboard, basically.
There's no frame rate options to choose from but it's ultimately because V-Sync is broken in this game (for people who play higher than 60 hertz) and hasn't been fixed in 5 years... lul
