Bribery. Is there something I'm missing?
Why would anyone want to put more than one level (if even that) into bribery? Other than to gain access to Avarice? It increases the minimum activation amount, it doesn't lose the percentage Modifier even at lvl 15, and it just sucks your bank dry so Scavenge becomes less effective.

Level 1 Bribery begins at 5k gold and level 10 Scavenger caps out at 50% at 5k gold, but the last bribed enemy will reduce your gold by 2k, so you only get a 30% bonus from Scavenger.
Level 15 Bribery starts at 19k and reduces your gold by ~2.2k, leaving you with an ample margin to still get the full Scavenger bonus.

I'm sure there is some value in crunching the numbers for each level, but basically, you want either none or as much levels as possible in Bribery.

you're not missing anything. Big picture strategy isn't about crunching numbers, it's about the elegant application of simple principles. if you had to game the numbers in DW it would not be fun anymore, it would just be gamified accounting.

Well, I DO enjoy me some gamified accounting every now and again. Numbers go up!

But okay. Fair.

I saw no benefit in putting more than 1 point in it.

I wouldn’t event put one point onto it, better for singularity and damage % increase. The dps lost from investing heavy into it isn’t worth it one bit.
