Bulk-Upgrade with shift or alt-click

A mass-trap upgrade hotkey would be really nice. The hotkey would upgrade in conjunction with the usual mouse-click; all of the same-trap, at the same-tier as the currently selected trap to the chosen tier pending gold.

Often I'll drop down 10+ of any given trap in endless as I start to notice the waves leaking through, and upgrading (sometimes 30 or 40) many traps at once beckons the obvious solution which matches your gem-upgrades button...hold-shift.

It would be a really nice addition to endless mode (the game in general)

You place a trap and upgrade it how you want. Hold down the control key and click on that upgraded trap. While still holding down the control key, you click on new spots to place copies of that trap.

My click is hurt too.
