Great addition of the automatic rush option.
I would like to suggest adding a "Soft automatic rush", that rushes the next wave when the Wrath timer resets, so that you automaticly rush each wave, but keep the Wrath level at 1.

This would make it easier to complete "Rush All Waves" objectives, without the massive wrath level stacking that occurs now if you use the rush option.
