Please add an Ethereal Map Browser/Deleter.
It would be nice to have a menu where we can browse Ethereal maps, see a rundown of their features of blue/gold, sort them by level or some other metric, and delete them.

There's already one for the campaign maps, but being able to see an overview of Ethereal maps would be really nice.
