I really miss how xp could only be earned on a level you already beaten by gaining more xp than your highest record. This made it to where I couldn't just grind the same level with the exact same setup and get all the xp I want. All the broken balancing comes from the ability to have potentially infinite xp just by playing level 1 over and over again. In the old game I was eventually forced to play the harder levels in order to get better xp gains, which is great. Pushes the player to leave their comfort zone. I really hope the developer does this after releasing the mobile port, because thats whats keeping me from enjoying this game as much as the first one.
