Make consumable damage traps % based
Let's look at the situation:

- Consumable traps deal no visible damage to high level enemies
- Consumable traps have a level cap of 50. They cannot scale into high levels.
- CT should retain this level cap, because nobody would split their gems between their main trap and their consumable anyway.

So why not make them scale "for free" as a perk of their special role and make all damage values a % of enemy max HP? Like, a masterylevel 1 bomb would deal 10% while a mastery level 50 bomb would deal 50%.

Of course, actually giving them 50% would be way too much given the current talent / item balance. But perhaps there is a balance we can find to turn this into an improvement?
