Game crashes when using buttons when placing axe trap

I was trying to see if the game allowed me to rotate the position of the axe trap by pressing random buttons and the game crashed twice. I'm guessing rotating the position isn't a thing? so it always go downwards? if so thats a shame and not useful on some maps.

I was expecting to need to press some really obscure buttons to crash the game... not for the total freeze to occur on 'r' already.

That being said, the axe trap attacks in a 360 degree radius, there is always going to be a downward swing. The arrows point into opposite directions though, so you can decide which side (left or right) you need based on your situation. No further rotation needed.
