In that case, the SaveData_0.dat should have been deleted at least once and the game should have created a new one.
Have you tried disabling steam cloud saves?
Steam replicating your savefile could be the reason the deletion of local saves doesn't work and the same error appearing on the other computer.
That worked. TYVM.
As I wrote on the error screen, there is a (very very very small)possibility of data corruption from unknown sources(even AAAs too), and I tried to solve it as make back-ups of save data on start up and recover with recent one when the corruption is happened.
But unfortunately, back-up datas are stored locally, so if the problem on save data is found when there is no valid back-up(after re-install or playing on a new device, for example) the game just stuck while trying recovery and the corrupted save data will come back from Steam cloud if you try to remove it... I didn't expect that when I was writing the code. Again, sorry about it.
The only solution is that omega suggested, turn off the Steam cloud, remove save data and start from the beginning.
Something along the lines of "If this problem persists, please try to disable steam cloud saves and delete the local save data before launching the game" ?
