Maps not showing up

I've completed 2, possibly 3, ethereal maps next to "Treasure Cove" and the secret level "Old Road" is not appearing on my map selection.

Is this a bug or is there another requirement?

ALSO

I completed an ethereal map next to "Channels" and "Mang" showed up.

I then quit the game and then came back and "Mang" disappeared.

THAT sucks.

I was able to get "Mang" to show up again.

"Treasure Cove" is not the map Old Roads is attached to, it's "Swordfall".

The info I had was bad.

Yeah, unplayed maps only remain on the grid if there's an completed map next to them, but as etheral maps vanish after playing them, they need to be discovered again after restarting the game.

I'm glad I've gotten all the maps unlocked and finished--I don't see any reason to "ascend".

At first I found the game frustrating, but after grinding through it, I'm glad I stuck with it.
