Constantly going offline
Since last update I keep having connection issues in franchise mode. I randomly go offline, sometimes for 5 minutes, sometimes for just a couple seconds. I checked my internet and it works just fine and I don't have this issue in other online games. I'ts not gamebreaking but it happens often enough that it's annoying. I deal with it by just clicking save from time to time and waiting for the connection to return, but it's a recent problem.

Is it a known bug or is it just on my end?

May we assume you mean getting the pop up saying not connected? This is likely not an issue on your end or with your internet provider. It is more likely just the the traffic to the Planet Zoo servers timing out on your connection. It happens to almost every player at some point, especially on busy days.

I assume we're talking about the same thing (The game pausing, menu popping up and saying "you are offline")
If so then it's a bit weird that it only started happening for the last couple of weeks even though I've been playing since 2020.

Though a server connection issue sounds right. I'll try playing when the game is least busy and see if it fixes is. ;)

Yeah, this weekend the game is seeing very high numbers for concurrent players making the servers a bit busy. Perhaps too busy in some regions.

Since the update I get that error every single time I try to enter a zoo after starting the game. Got used to it, second attempt works fine after that.
