why dont Arctic and Timber wolves have interspecies enrichment with each other?
like they are the same species, just a diferent subspecies (Canis Lupus vs. Canis Lupus Arctos) then why dont reflect that and give them interspecies enrichment or have them be able to live togetehr as one pack while stilll being diferent? or is there something i missed?

curious concept... I suppose in real world terms the species could intermix at some point. Of course they are from different regions which means they likely would not meet very easily. As to weather they could cohabitate in an enclosure? I think they would interbreed negating the zoo concepts of sustaining a species.
maybe geting negative Conservation credits for haveing them breed or release the "hybrids" into the wild could work?
Because the zoo's task is to preserve and study species, not to create hybrids. The zoo is a kind of ark for pure species, aimed at studying these species and breeding them with subsequent adaptation in the wild. Inter-species hybrids contradict the goal of preserving the purity of animal species overall.

Since the game is a zoo simulator whose goal is to preserve animals, this idea directly contradicts the goals of the zoo as a whole.

In reality, there are zoos that create hybrids (for example, a tiger and a lion) or intentionally breed albinos, but they are condemned and not supported within the scientific community, as the primary goal of these hybrids is mostly entertainment rather than scientific research. Such zoos do not participate in international breeding and adaptation programs.
Unrelated wolves also murder each other frequently, irl you can't just shove two wolves who don't already have a bond together even if they're the same species, as you can in PZ.

Because wolves will fight over territory, so they would not be "enriched" with each other.

Wolf packs are formed with one breeding pair and their offspring (who do leave after some years to make their own packs). They don't generally intermix with other wolves outside of this family group.
